Coultec Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2022 by a group of Rennteam University of Stuttgart alumni, following their victory at the 2021 Formula Student World Championship. What began as a race-winning motor design soon evolved into a vision for real-world impact —bringing cutting-edge electric powertrain technology to commercial markets. Rooted in the discipline and technical rigor of motorsport, we established our operations in Chennai, India, to serve the growing demand for electrification in Asia’s Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) segment.
